This course approaches the practical problems that face the diagnostic pathologist when dealing with cardiovascular pathology, which is the most common cause of death in the western world. Topics covered include: Cardiac dissection, sudden cardiac death, cardiomyopathies, inherited cardiac disease, myocarditis, coronary artery and aortic diseases. We will demonstrate cardiac specimens from our large collection. CPD accreditation is being sought from the Royal College of Pathologists
Course fees: Consultants – £400 Full Rate | £200 Daily Rate
Trainees, coroners, coroner officers , nurses, genetic councillors, and APTs – £300 Full Rate | £150 Daily Rate
